Commuting
My commute is so beautiful. I can't say too much about my work, but I couldn't leave out the amazing scenery that I get to drive through every day.
So I went exploring and picture taking. There's so much more I could take pictures of and I hope to, but some of it is difficult to capture because of the nature of the roads and there is sparse parking or stopping places. Here's some of what I could manage for now on the route to one of my workplaces.
Here are some of the shrine that's very close to where I work. I wasn't sure if it was public because it's right in the middle of nowhere but right next to a house. It's so strange, there are fields surrounding in all directions but right in the middle of them is this house, shrine and a tiny patch of woodland that the shrine is located in. It's so beautiful that I couldn't resist checking it out and decided that I'd just apologise and play stupid foreigner if it was someone's private shrine. But no-one bothered me. It was so tranquil and beautiful, the crunch of the gravel was the only sound and I was the only visitor - it was so serene.
There is some more amazing scenery nearer to my other workplace that I hope to capture some images of soon.
